WE SUSPENDED OUR CONFERENCE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO CORONA
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, which started in China and influenced many countries in the world, including Europe, all kinds of fairs, summits, and international meetings are postponed for precautionary measures in the countries affected by the aforementioned virus.
We decided to postpone our conference to a later date to be announced as the health and safety of our conference speakers and participants were the highest priority for us and based on the precautionary decision taken by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Tourism and the Council of Higher Education of Turkey on international participated meetings. The process related to the conference publication is ongoing and up-to-date information about the conference will be given through the conference web page and e-mail.
Sincerely, MTCON Executive Board

PLS-SEM: A Hands-on Workshop
This 6 hours worship will introduce the use of Partial Least Squares method of Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM has recently gained increasing attention in various disciplines including management information systems, marketing, strategic management, accounting, family business research, operations management, and organizational research. Researchers and practitioners appreciate the various advantageous features that PLS path modelling offers in practical applications. Consequently, the method is currently regarded as suitable and, to some extent, a favorable alternative to the more restrictive traditionally used Covariance based SEM (CB-SEM). We believe that this workshop will help postgraduate students/researchers on how to do basic analysis using the SmartPLS software and how to present them professionally. SmartPLS is one of the leading software tools for PLS-SEM. It combines state of the art methods with an easy to use and intuitive graphical user interface.
Presenter: Dr. Faizan Ali, University of South Florida Sarasota Manatee
