Double-Anonymized Peer Review
MTCON’26 follows a double-anonymized review process, meaning that the identities of authors are concealed from reviewers, and vice versa. To facilitate this process, we ask that you submit an anonymized manuscript that excludes any identifying information, such as author names or affiliations. It is essential that your manuscript remains free of any details that could reveal the authors’ identities.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
