BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Victor Olorunsola is an Instructor in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Eastern Mediterranean University, recognized for his interdisciplinary contributions to sustainability, organizational behavior, and internal marketing.
With a career spanning roles as researcher, educator, project leader, and mentor, Victor has advanced scholarship and collaboration across academia and industry. He leads Fashion Companion, an AI-driven innovation at the intersection of fashion, consumer behavior, and digital technology, and co-founded Ricci’s Kitchen, a student-focused hospitality venture in Nigeria that won the prestigious Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program grant. He has also secured international research support through the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), underscoring his capacity for leadership and global impact.
Victor has published extensively in top-tier journals, including the International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, the International Journal of Bank Marketing, Tourism Economics, Business Strategy and the Environment, among many others. His research addresses pressing issues, including organizational resilience, Customer experience management, sustainability, service innovation, and Leadership, combining methodological rigor with practical relevance.
Beyond his research, Victor actively contributes to the global academic community as a reviewer for leading hospitality and management journals. Victor’s vision is to integrate research, innovation, and practice to shape sustainable, resilient, and technology-driven futures for hospitality and tourism worldwide.
