Şule Kaya Ünal

Dr. Şule Kaya Ünal graduated from the Travel Management undergraduate program at Adnan Menderes University in 2017 and completed her Master’s degree in Tourism Management in 2019. In January 2023, she also graduated from the Aviation Management undergraduate program at Anadolu University. In July of the same year, she successfully completed her PhD in Tourism Management at Aydın Adnan Menderes University. Since 2021, Dr. Kaya Ünal has been working as a Lecturer at İzmir Kavram Vocational School. In 2024, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program. Her main research interests include tourism, aviation, information technologies, global distribution systems, ground handling services, green technologies, e-tourism, and smart tourism applications. Dr. Kaya Ünal continues to serve as a board member of TUADER. She held the position of Quality Coordinator at İzmir Konak Vocational School between 2022 and 2025, and has also been serving as the Head of the Department of Transportation Services since 2021.
