Dr. Gül Damla Kılıç
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Gül Damla Kılıç is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Antalya Belek University. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Food Engineering from Akdeniz University and a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University, followed by an M.A. in Tourism Management and a Ph.D. in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Akdeniz University, with her dissertation focusing on the “Health and Taste Dilemma in the Context of Restaurants.” Her research interests include gastronomy tourism, local food studies, consumer behavior, sustainable gastronomy, and menu management. She has published several articles in international journals, contributed book chapters, and presented papers at national and international conferences.
